Refund Policy

This policy outlines how refunds are processed for tours booked to Bhutan through Glimpse of DrukYul.

📌 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed based on the cancellation timeline and applicable deductions.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

• Sustainable Development Fee (SDF), once paid
• Visa/permit processing fees
• Hotel bookings already confirmed
• Payment gateway or bank charges

🔁 Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible

⚠️ Force Majeure

No refunds will be provided for disruptions caused by:

• Natural disasters
• Weather conditions
• Political unrest
• Road closures or government restrictions

However, we will assist with rescheduling whenever possible.
