📌 Booking Process

• Bookings can be made via our website, email, or authorized representatives
• A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment
• Availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking

💳 Payment Terms

• Advance payment (30%–50%) is required to confirm your booking
• Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment, or other approved methods
• Any bank or transaction charges must be borne by the client

🧾 Booking Confirmation

• A confirmation voucher will be issued after payment
• Final itinerary and travel details will be shared before arrival

📅 Changes to Booking

• Changes must be requested in advance
• Modifications are subject to availability
• Additional charges may apply
